He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Springer and Regina Springer (Willoughby); his brothers, Bob Springer and Richie Springer; and his grandson Tilman Jacob Adkins.
He is survived by: his children, Allison Adkins (Aaron) of Shelbyville and Robert Springer (Trina) of Warsaw; his siblings, Barb Stewart (Bob) of Danville and Ed Springer (Derb) of Brownsburg; his grandsons, Sam Adkins, Jack Adkins and Joey Springer; his friends, Kurt and Jennifer Gearlds; and also, Kurt Jr., Allison and Carlee.
