He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Virginia Mora and Marvin Ratzlaff. He is survived by: his parents, Tabitha Andreotta of Indianapolis and Marshall Ratzlaff of Wichita, KS.; the mother of his child Destiny Pemberton; his brothers, Michael Ratzlaff and Maxwell Ratzlaff; his grandmother Marge (Sean Osborne); his great-grandparent Jean Ratzlaff of Libral, KS; and his aunt Sara Jordan of Wichita, KS.
