She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smock and Carol Smock; and her brother Earl Smock. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Floerke; her sons, Mikey Bane (Matty) and Robert Bane (Amanda); her stepchildren, April Floerke and Rick Floerke (Katie); her grandchildren, Robert Bane, Alyssa Bane, Ava and Mila Floerke; and her siblings, Vickie, Cindy, Bonnie, Terrie, Carrie, Mary, Randy and Rick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
