He is survived by: his wife Raisa Petcoff; his children, Tricia Petcoff-Gerrish, Eleanor Petcoff and Anthony Petcoff; his sister Mary Meadows; his former wife Carolyn Petcoff; his cousin Angeline Protogere; and his nieces and nephews, Albert Meadows, John Meadows, Michelle Worley and Lisa Meadows.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Stephen Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Church.
