He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Harlow and Elizbeth Irene Dillow (Catron); his son James Scott Dillow; and his siblings, Charlies, Roy, Bill, George, Beulah, Effie, Ruth, Kate, Jessie, Pauline and Kelly, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Carner; his children, Jessica Dillow-McLin and Paul Dillow (Christie); his grandchildren, Zach McLin (Dawn), Abby McLin, Allison McLin, James Max Dillow, Grace Dillow (Ethan Janes) and Amber Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Jameson Simpson, Alexander Rogers, Adelaide Rogers and Kelly Dillow-Janes.
