We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2023, at the age of 87, Diana L. Schilling of Beech Grove, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mikesell and Verne Mikesell (Boldrey); her children, Rod Giffin and Rian Giffin; her grandsons, Wesley Giffin and Jason Giffin; and her siblings, Esther Kirchen, Mary Marlett, Donna Choung, Marvin Mikesell, Novella Marsh, Keith Mikesell, Melvin Mikesell, Donald Mikesell, Norman Mikesell, Kenny Mikesell and Robert Handlon.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Schilling; her children, Roxane Leary, Roger Giffin, Kathi Yacconi and John T. Schilling (Johnny); and her siblings, Dorothy Stone, Beverly Chadwick, James "Jimmy" Mikesell and Chester Handlon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
