He is survived by: his girlfriend Barb Drummond; his children, Rachael Woods (Kyle), Vincent Lewis (Stephanie) and Savannah Lewis (Adam); his grandchildren, Emerson Lewis and Kathleen Woods; and his siblings, Leigh McCall (Tim), Nancy Shockley (Don), Rick Lewis (Angie), Ernie Lewis, Carol Boyd, Bobby Jo Dolan, Judy Lewis Mates and Scott Lewis.
