He is survived by: his wife Janis Raye; his children, Tim Walls (Amanda), Charles "Chuck" Raye Jr. (Patti), Jon Walls (Rachael), Tami Steepleton (Scott) and Warren Raye; his grandchildren, Brittany Walls, Haidyn Cleavenger, Emma Raye, Megan Brant-Karnick (Eathan), Sage Dillman, Sarah Arnott (Dustin), Sam Walls (Ally), Jessi Walls, Austin Pickerell, Kennedy Steepleton, Stormie Raye and Warren Charles Raye; his great grandchildren, Julean Waite, Sirius Beauchamp, Elizabeth Brant-Karnick, Oliver Brant-Karnick, Jon Eric Arnott, Tori Garmon and Trae Trotter; his sisters, Vivian Shrewsbury and Teresa Cross; and his daughter Sherry Mappes (Lewis).
