He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Speer, Sr. and Mary E. Speer (Hornberger); his sister Kathy Saylor; and his daughter Terri Cutshaw. He is survived by: his wife Suzann Speer (Wessel); his children, Sherri Didion (David) and Richard Speer (Jennifer); his sister Shirley A. Spitz; his sister-in-law Denise Tyler (Tony); and his grandchildren, David Didion (Ashley), Danielle Davis (Damien), Dustin Didion (Shannon), Ashley Irwin (Adam), Dylan Cutshaw (Emily), Brooke Kline (Zach), Ryan Speer and Riley Speer. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
