She was predeceased by: her father Bill O'Banion; her son Patrick Worthman; and her siblings, David O'Banion and Theresa Barkowski. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn O'Banion (Miller); her children, Christina Worthman and Brian Worthman; her grandchildren, Levi Ivester and Cagnie Anderson (Parker); her great grandchildren, Theodore Anderson and Oliver Anderson; and her brother Terry Hamilton (Penny). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
