She is survived by: her husband Richard "Nate" Perkins, Sr.; her children, Richard "Nate" Perkins, Jr., Jennifer Dawn Brown (Denis "Deny" Brown), David Wayne Perkins and Dr. Jeffrey Dean Hash (Patty Scott); her grandchildren, Melanie Arnold, Amanda Bonnick, Barbara Eubanks, Abby Perkins, Jacob Perkins, Cody Brown, Shae Brown and Kacie Brown; and her great grandchildren, Daesha, Kayla, Eva, Dietrich, Ethan, Curtis and Scout.
