He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Sloan and Patricia Sloan (Tuttle). He is survived by: his wife Veda N. Sloan (Russell); his children, David Sloan and April Willoughby (Josh); his brothers, Shelby Sloan and Timothy Sloan (Rhonda); his uncle James "Tuffy" Tuttle (Carol); and his aunt Debbie Seraji (Mohammad). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 nephews; and a lot of friends.
