He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Jo (Hendricks) and Thomas Burton; and his wife Kelly Ann Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Jesse D. Burton of Greene County, William Robert Stewart of Lawrence County and Brad A. Burton of New Jersey; and his siblings, Brenda Hoshaw of Florida, Debbie Burton of Bedford, Alice Herrington of Florida and Tom of Bedford. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
