He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Paul and P. Louise Bailey (Chambers); and his sister Nancy L. Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Case; his grandchildren, Courtney, Alexa and Cade Nolan; his children, Damon Bailey (Stacey) and Courtney Nolan (Shane); his grandchildren, Loren Bailey and Brayton Bailey; his brothers, Phil Bailey (Becky), Gary 'Jake' Bailey (Jan) and Greg Bailey; and his aunts, Marjorie Bartlett and Velma Chambers. He is also survived by in-laws and numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Bedford North Lawrence Scholarship Foundation, 460 W Street, Bedford, IN 47421, clearly designated for Wendell Bailey Scholarship Fund.
