He is survived by: his daughters, Louisa Jean Ely, Stacie Ratliff (Anthony) and Jessica Brown; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Samantha, Jada, Kiley, Kody, Kenlee, Michael, Matthew and Adam; and his brother Bud Tolbert (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
