She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer G. Fisher and Nada M. Fisher (Henderson); her former husband Hubert Ratliff; her sons, Mickey and Tracey; and her siblings, Glenn, Richard, Joe and Martha.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Virgil Essex; and her children, Rick Ratliff of Bedford, Daniel Ratliff of Bedford and Donna Case of Bedford. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; siblings.
