She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph King and Lola Pemberton King; her former husband Jimmy Star; her husband Richard Herod; her daughter Debbie Ann Fields; her sister Maxine; and her half-siblings, Norma Keller and Howard King.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Pemberton (Randall) and Mark Herod; and her grandchildren, Sandy Birchfield (Jimmy), Brian Herold (Maribel), Jason Herod (Andrea), Michael Murphy (Norma Callahan), C. J. Fields (Victoria), Jeremy Fields (Faye), Elizabeth Dysart (Chet) and Jennifer Fields. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren.
