He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindley Harrell and Beache Harrell (Wright); his wife Lorena June Robbins; and his siblings, Joan Imhoff, Rhea Dawn Thomas, Lawrence Harrell, Gene Harrell, Virnard Harrell and Charles Harrell.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Harrell of Bedford and Judy Umphress (James) of Bedford; his granddaughter Tonya Umphress of Bedford; and his brother Bobby Harrell (Adah) of Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
