He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Deaville of Bedford; his children, Samantha Cunningham, William Travis Sloan, Rachelle of Maricopa, AZ, Thomas Cecil Sloan of Phoenix, AZ, Dawna of Phoenix, AZ, Eric Chandler Sloan of Phoenix, AZ and Alisa of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Eloise Taylor Sloan, Wyatt Joseph Sloan and Eloise Bell Sloan; his daughters, Amber Soto, Brandon Deaville and Laura Elizabeth Deaville; his stepmother Jean Condon Sloan of Norfolk, VA; and his siblings, Jeffrey Michael Sloan, Susan Duffey, Laurel Strutton, Virginia Harriston, Catherine McCombs, Joseph Morris Todd Sloan and Michael Dennis Sloan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
