She is survived by: her mother Hallie Coulter (Conley) of Bedford; her boyfriend Travis Kern of Bedford; her sisters, Kimberly Coulter and Melissa Coulter-Sampson; her niece Cortney Colson; and her close friend Teresa "Sissy" Dalton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
