She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavoyda Dodrill and Anna Fay Dodrill (Staley); her husband William C. Macy of Broad Ripple; and her daughter Catherine May (Macy). She is survived by: her sons, William "Bill" J. Macy (Judy) of Bedford, IN and Edwin L. Macy (Veronica) of Munising, MI; and her son-in-law Rick May. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the cancer organization of the donor's choice in memory of Sylvia's beloved daughter, Catherine.
