He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Decker and Lois Decker (Crews); his brother Kenny Decker; and his brother-in-law Rick DeRue. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynn Decker (Ball); his daughters, Holly Decker and Megan Gulley (Tyler); his granddaughter Kelsey Gulley; and his siblings, John Decker (Julie), Tim Decker (Keri) and Pamela "Penny" DeRue.
