It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sondra L. Johnson of Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Ray and Mabel Ray (James); her former husband Edward McSoley; her husband Lester Johnson; and her siblings, Joan Starr, Sharon Cooper and Harley Ray, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Rainey (Lowell) and Mike Sowder (Kim) of Oklahoma; her stepdaughter Kathy Pearson (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Jason Sowder (Kate), Joshua Sowder (Christa), Jacob Sowder (Alisa), Brian Rainey (Brian Land) and Samual Rainey. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
