She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Wagoner and Thelma Wagoner (Rollins); her husband Donald Burch; her sons, Warren Bruce Burch and Stacey Trent Burch; and her siblings, Lowell Wagoner and Norma Jewell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Shirolet Mann (Carl) and Cari Dodds; and her grandchildren, Kim Bridges (Delbert), Michael Kinser (Susan), Bobby Mann (Dawn), Carla Mann, Megan Trowbridge (Casey), Aaron Webb (Amy) and Trent Dodds. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
