She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wade and Mary Wade (Hoosier); and her brother Alan Wade. She is survived by: her children, Tonya Stevens, Trish Stevens and Rob Stevens (Tiffaney); and her brothers, Terry Wade (Kathy) and Don Wade (Susan).
