She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hawkins and Grace Hawkins (Bell); her children, George B. (Diana), Timothy M. (Brenda) and Cathy Deckard; her granddaughter Lisa Deckard; and her siblings, Shirley Wood, Diane Williams, Judy Bean and Charlie Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Riley and Theresa Cain (Curtis); her grandchildren, Brandy Ballard (Donald), Bobby (Sam), Gillam, Cierra Myers (Tony) and Matthew Deckard; her siblings, Loretta Wilkins, Dixie Bowlen and Carolyn Luther; and her stepson Leslie Gyger. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
