She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar E. Turner and Martha P Turner (Benge); and her siblings, Bernard Turner, Raymond Turner, John Turner, Kenneth Dean Turner, Henry Turner, Bernice Baker, Mavis Jean Turner and Mildred Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Ochs (Gary) of Bedford, Amy Holbrook (Jim) of Bedford, James Waggoner of Bedford and Jeff Waggoner of Bedford; her grandchildren, Stacey Ochs, Amanda Ochs, Adrian Waggoner (Lillie), Josh Waggoner, Morgan McLarney, Michael, Daison Clemens, Gracie of McKayla Waggoner, A. J and Holbrook; and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Kade Walls, Kaitlyn, Wyatt Waggoner, Emily Jo, Colton, Michael Waggoner and Jocelyn Clemens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church Youth Group.
