She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bailey and Laura Henderson; her spouse Russell W. Shepperd; her children, Donald B. Perry II of Bedford and Kathy Caldwell of Indianapolis; her grandson James Caldwell; her stepdaughters, Cathy Shepperd of Indianapolis and Jacque Rollins of Bedford; and her siblings, Rodney Bailey of Bedford and Sue Trusty of Texas.
She is survived by: her children, Rusty Shepperd of Bedford and Deanna Stalder (Kevin) of Bedford; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Stalder (Jason Bentz), Derrick, Darci Bell (Caleb), Austin Perry, Dylan Perry, Ryland Stalder, Sonya Wharton, Angel Paige, Tamika Perry, David Sanders, Keith Harvey, Dexter Harvey, Kyle Harvey, Cierra Harvey, Megan Harvey, Krystal Harvey and Keyona Harvey; her daughter-in-law Alesia Perry; her stepdaughters, Gwen Norman of Bedford and Karen Dalton (Larry) of Bedford; and her sister Joyce Terrell (Gene) of Georgia.
