She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rush and Julia Rush; her husband Joe Cox; her daughter Linda Lake; and her children-in-law, Doug Dowling and Kathy Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Rocky Cox (Shelly) of Bedford, Terry Cox of Bedford and Sandra Dowling of Bedford; and her grandchildren, Stephen Lake, Derek Dowling (Ashley), Dustin Cox, Jesse Cox, Braden Cox (Emma) and Morgan Lambert. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Day & Carter Mortuary (1133 Lincoln Ave, Bedford, IN 47421). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Green Hill Cemetery (1202 18th St, Bedford, IN 47421).
