She was predeceased by: her grandparent Terry Whitsitt; and her great-grandparents, Bill, Katherine O'Brien, Castle and Christine Fields.
She is survived by: her parents, Carli Fields and Brock Hendrix; her grandparents, Raymond, Tracy Fields, Scott, Amanda Hoffman and Aaron Hendrix (Regan); her great-grandparents, John Clark (Donna), Rhonda Hendrix, Dwight Hendrix and Jon Hoffman (Norma); her grandmother Judy Walters; and her aunts and uncles, Cassie Fields (Cameron), Cody Fields, Luke Hoffman, Audrey Hoffman, Boone Hendrix and Cora Hendrix.
