Ruby R. Lovell Obituary
In loving memory of Ruby R. Lovell of Bedford, Indiana, born in Bloomington, Indiana, who departed this world on November 12, 2024 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Sipes and Inez Sipes (Honeycutt); her spouse Jimmie Lovell; her brothers, Jimmy Sipes and Bobby Sipes; and her siblings-in-law, Patsy Sipes, Lenora Sipes and Jake Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, William Hawkins (Katherine) of Brownstown, Allen Hawkins (Leigh Ann Martin) of Seymour, Lisa Hillenburg (Dwayne) of Bedford, James Earl Lovell of Springville, Linda Lovell (Terry Graves) of Bedford and Carol Stigall (Kim) of Bedford; her siblings, Joann Taylor of Brownstown, Norma Jean Turner (Mike) of Heltonville and Raymond Sipes of Heltonville; her sister-in-law Linda Sipes; and her grandchildren, Adam Hawkins, Dustin Hawkins, Kelly Hawkins, Kayla Reed, Tanner Hawkins, Jacobi Hillenburg, Jareb Hillenburg, Whitney Woerner, Chad Stigall and Darren Stigall. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Day & Carter Mortuary (1133 Lincoln Ave, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
