She was predeceased by: her parents, Barton Phipps and Violet Phipps (Lewis); her spouse Claude Owens; her brothers, Bob Phipps (Ruth) and Bud Phipps (Carol); and her grandson Christoper Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Linda (Phil Conner) of Judah and Jan (Sherry Owens) of Bedford; her grandchildren, Brent Conner (Alyssa), Holly Hartman (Sam), Kristen Lester (Ross) and Brandon Owens; and her great grandchildren, Adelynne Conner (Cameron Reoch), Vanessa Conner, Lili Conner, Ben Conner, Taylor Hartman, AbyGail Hartman and Brecken Lester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
