She was predeceased by: her parents, Dras Covey and Ollie Covey (Deckard); her husband Richard Grissom; and her sister Roberta Maddox. She is survived by: her sons, Tim Grissom (Lisa) of Mitchell, Travis Grissom (Beth) of Mitchell and Tovey Grissom of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Heath Grissom, Shandi Thomas (Doug), Alex Grissom, Dan Grissom (Alyssa), Dustin Grissom (Stormi), Aaron Grissom and Cortney Grissom; and her great grandchildren, Shaylyn, Hayden, Cole, Paul and Britney.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that friends consider memorial contributions to Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services.
