He was predeceased by: his father Hubert Bough; and his brother-in-law Tom Dusard. He is survived by: his mother Ronda Dixon (Holtsclaw); his stepfather Jack Dixon; his siblings, Brad Bough of Aaron and Korina Dusard; his nephew Hank Dusard; his niece Josie Bough; his great-niece Penelope; his great-nephew Oliver; and his uncles, John Bough (Darlene) and Roland Holtsclaw (Trudy).
