He was predeceased by: his father Charles Baker; his stepfather Freeman Ray Parker; and his brothers, Mike, Danny, Kip, Carl Baker and Steven Parker.
He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Parker (Flinn); and his sister Cheryl Parker McLaughlin (Robert) of Orleans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
