Roger L. Gales Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger L. Gales of Bedford, Indiana, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester G. Gales and Wilma C. Gales-Geiger (Adams); and his sister Karen Hancock (Gales). He is survived by: his wife Susan Kern of Bedford; his children, Chris Gales (Amy) of Bloomington, Rachel Gales of Indianapolis, Katy Holmes (Zac) of Logansport, Bethany Bell (Chris) of Bedford and Jordan Morris (Mindy) of Bedford; the mother of his children Linda B. Gales; his grandchildren, Ryan, Evan Gales, Calvin, Abigail Holmes, Michael Bell (Summer), Cierra Ashley (Skylar), Hannah Bell, Bennett, Beau and Knight Morris; his great grandchildren, Avery, Dallas Ashley and Harper King; his siblings, Linda Zurick (Lee) of Rochester, NY and David Gales (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Dennis Hancock of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Roger L. Gales Music Excellence Scholarship.
