He is survived by: his sons, Jason Patrick (Paula Lindsey) of Bedford and Robert Patrick IV (Heather) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Stacey, Chase Patrick, Samual and Nora Patrick; and his siblings, Charles Patrick of Indianapolis, Carolyn Wagner (Dennis) of Ellettsville, Linda Shane of Florida and Vicky Sharp. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
