He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Wagner and Oray Wagner (Seibert); his wife Ruby George; his sisters, Ilene Kerns and Bernice Kerns; his niece Donna Isaacs; and his nephews, Ray Kerns and Larry Kerns.
He is survived by: his son Everett Wagner (Susan) of Bedford; his grandson Aaron Wagner (Kasie) of Bedford; his great grandchildren, Elijah Jacob Wagner and Savannah Elizabeth Wagner; and his nephews, Noel and Donald Kerns.
