He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilynn J. Kostin (McDaniel) and George T. Kostin; and his brothers, John and Edward Kostin. He is survived by: his wife Rita "Kathleen" Byrne; his children, Colleen Mooney (Daniel), Laura Hall, Angela Childers (Nathan), Nicholas Kostin (Amanda) and Jaclyn Harvie (Joe); his grandchildren, Mason Mooney, Aiden Hall, Addison Hall, Emma Childers, Noah Childers, Harrison Kostin, Lincoln Kostin and Alexis Harvie; and his brothers, George Kostin (Judy) and Rick Kostin (Lorrie).
The family requests those attending the visitation and services to wear masks.
