He is survived by: his wife Linda Deckard; his children, Tevin Meadows (Nancy), Tracey Clampitt (Jerry), Terri Golay (Bill), Toran Meadows (Tracey) and Todd Meadows (Dashia); and his siblings, Mike Meadows and Phyllis Nilson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
