He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Dale Spinks and Shirley Patton (Marshall). He is survived by: his wife Susan Howell of Bedford; his son Jordan Spinks; his siblings, Kevin Spinks (Teresa) of Springville, Tim Spinks (Christina) of Williams, Linda Thorp of Williams, Brandon Spinks (Kristy) of Bedford and Neal Spinks (Kortni) of Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Richard and Barbara Howell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
