He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroll Eugene and Mildred Louise Elkins (May); and his brothers, Gary and Steve Elkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Elkins of Bedford and Cathy Colvin of Washington, IN; his nieces, Casandra Elkins of Bedford and Kathleen Elkins of Bedford; and his great-nephew Jacob Wright.
