Bedford Richard M. (Ric) Cameron, Jr., 48, of 402 Boone Hollow Lane, Springville, IN, died at 5:47 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Born July 19, 1954 in Bedford, IN, he was the son of Richard and Elizabeth (Shaff) Cameron. He married Jill Shiflet on August 4, 1973 and she survives.
Surviving with his wife, Jill, are his parents; one son, Joshua Y. Cameron Sr. who served 14 years in the U.S. Navy and now a Disabled Gulf War Veteran of Bedford, In; one grandson Joshua Y. Cameron Jr. of Bedford, In; one daughter, Erinn Warton of Portland, OR; paternal grandmother, Frances C. Cameron of Bedford; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Shaff of Buddha; mother-in-law, Peggy L. Dewey of Nashville, IN.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Greg Cameron. Funeral Information The body will be cremated. Private memorial services will scheduled at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
