She was predeceased by: her parent Cletus Dale Root; and her stepfather Bill Busch. She is survived by: her mother Rosalie Busch (Corey); her husband Art Miller of Bedford; her children, Kristen O'Brien (Arthur), Brandon Miller and Max Miller; her grandchildren, Jarrett Fortner, Josie O'Brien and Avery O'Brien; and her brothers, Tim Root, Sr. and Charlie Root. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the Mundell Christian Church.
