She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Jane Purdy and Patricia Guthrie; and her great-great-grandparent Juanita Young. She is survived by: her parents, Caleb Osborn and Brittany Osborn (Purdy) of Springville; her brothers, Jude of Springville, Ben of Springville and Silas of Springville; her grandparents, Shara Purdy of Bedford, Everett and Bonnie Osborn of Tennessee; her great-grandparents, Rick Taflinger of Avoca, Everett and Lutilda Osborn of Beech Grove, IN; and her aunts and uncles, Bethany (Jonathan Tooley), Brianna (Adam Glenn), Johndavid Purdy, Tyler (Elizabeth Donaldson) and Daniel (Jade Osborn).
