He is survived by: his children, Timothy Baxter of Bedford and Robin Baxter; his stepchildren, Matt Yates of Hondo and Zach Yates (Ashley); his sister Shirley Jones of Huron; his niece Doris Prewitt; his great-niece Kaci Prewitt; his siblings, William G. "Gurney" Baker, Laverne Baker and Lonnis Baker; and also, Clayton McKinney, Kaiden McKinney, Hayden McKinney, Zoie McKinney and MacKenzie McKinney.
