He is survived by: his wife Estell Kidd (Morrow); his daughter Brenda Heath (Dave) of Smithville, GA; his grandchildren, Jessica Heath, Deborah Kundrat-Ritenour and Greg Maicki of Hobart, IN; his sisters, Jean Cox, Betty Trowbridge, Helen Alexander and Laurie Koehlinger; and also, Donald Anthony Rush, James Rush (Shelly) of Indianapolis, Jamie Lyn Skadra, Cheryl Brown (Scott) of Bloomington and Jacob Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
