She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wagoner and Ruth Wagoner (Mundy); her former husbands, Larry Pugh and Marvin "Mose" Brock; and her children, Lisa Pugh and Steve Pugh.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Millikan; her children, Brian Pugh (Debbie) and Susan McGregor (Schel); her stepchildren, Kimberly Mills (Steve), Theresa Lemons (John) and Tim Millikan (Shari); her grandchildren, Heather Lowery (Rob), Schad McGregor (Megan), Schalen McGregor, Hanna Pugh, Tyler Gassman (Jessica), Elaina Johnson (Trevor) and Blane Horrell; and her great grandchildren, Campbell, Camden and Madison. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren; and several step-great grandchildren.
