He is survived by: his wife Debbie Tomlin of Bedford; his mother Sue Rainey (Newkirk) of Bedford; his children, Evan Rainey of Bedford and Alana Foster (Justin) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Landen Noble of French Lick and Addisyn Rainey of Sullivan; his siblings, Jeff Rainey (Melanie) of Bedford, Kevin Rainey (Bonnie) of Bedford and Terri Pinnick (Steve "Deacon") of Bedford; his siblings-in-law, John Duane Medlock, Nancy Medlock Butler (Greg) and Debbie Medlock Wessell (Dennis); and his mother-in-law Viola Medlock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
