He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Spires of Heltonville; his friend Colonel Harold Milburn; his sons, Lee Andrew Shively (Margie) of Union, KY, Timothy James Shively of Treasure Island, FL, Randy Parker of Olympia, WA, Todd Parker (Jessica) of Waynesville, MO and Brad Parker (Sandi) of Winterville, NC; his siblings, Richard Shively (Mary Alice) of Nashville, IN and Mary Lou Dye of New Castle; and his daughter-in-law Debra Shively of Colorado. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
